Do you offer bespoke designs?
Answer: Yes I do indeed! Please do not hesitate to contact me so we can talk through any design you may have in mind
How much is postage?
Answer: Postage is £3.00 which covers Royal Mail First Class Signed postage.
How long is your turnaround time?
Answer: For ready made items, I can pop these in the post either same day or next day, depending on time of order.
For customised pieces, depending in design, these can take anywhere from 3 to 7 days.
Do you post overseas?
Answer: This can be arranged by contacting me directly via email to @Silvalicious.UK@gmail.com
What is your returns policy?
Answer: If an item is faulty or you are not happy with it, please return in the original packaging, unworn.
I’m afraid Earrings are excluded from this returns policy due to hygiene reasons.
Once an items is received back to me, I will then issue a refund.
